How to Contact Admin

If for any reason a vendor needed to contact our admin team or support team in regards to selling on BPS, the vendor can do so in various ways listed below.

Email

Vendors can use either email address listed below for support:

Direct message

Vendors can send a direct message to the admin team from the store manager.

Open the notifications board:

Scroll to the bottom of the page and view the send message box:

Vendors can add text, edit text, add links and once completed, press ‘Send’.

The admin team will reply to your direct message within 24 – 48 hours via direct message, which you can check in your notification board and will also receive an email notification for.
